In order to sell this unique home in the Montgomery area, I took special steps to increase the exposure. I worked closely with the sellers who had relocated to Mobile so wanted a quick sale. I sent the Matterport pictures and virtual tour to all the realtors in the River Region. And created an eye catching flyer and full information binder. The home binder included a fantastic letter from the sellers that showed their commitment to detail when creating this Japanese inspired home.
This is a one of a kind custom home. The front yard has Japanese inspired landscaping with a flagstone walkway, custom security doors, cement edging on the flowerbeds, a gorgeous Japanese maple and circular driveway thats custom colored to specifically match the exterior and theme of the home (please note: this was a co-listing with Grant Sullivan of Sullivan and Wills).
